House of Décor will provide a refund, replacement product or exchange if in the event one or more of the following occurs:
- the product is damaged at time of delivery.
- the product is unsafe.
- the product is significantly different from the description.
If you change your mind about a purchased product, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement product.
If 14 days have lapsed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange even if the product is faulty.
If you are seeking a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a receipt or proof of purchase and photo of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then email us at email@example.com to investigate the delay in receiving your refund.
In the case of a damaged or defective item, we can resend the same item to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
