What are the delivery charges for orders?

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. We use reliable shipping services such DHL and EMS to ship worldwide, ensuring your products arrive in excellent condition.

Which payment methods are accepted?

At present we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes between 8 – 12 working days however, due to the impact COVID-19 has had on the world, we are experiencing delays in shipping. We ask for your understanding during this time. You will be advised of the delivery timeframe upon checkout.  

What happens if I'm unhappy with my order?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products for any factory faults. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any faults, we will refund the purchase price, replace or provide an exchange .

All goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging (If Any) .

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What happens if my order is taking really long?

Once we ship out your order and its on its way, you will be altered as to its status. If however your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated time-frame, please let us know and we will further investigate.

Please understand that it is normal for delays to occur during busy times and holiday period. If you order is running late, we ask that you wait an extra 7 days just to be safe..

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes of course. A PDF invoice will be emailed to you after you place an order.
